Burned Out??????
Let’s face it—burnout is something most of us have experienced. Maybe you’re feeling it right now.
You’re tired, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of constant doing without progress or joy.
Why does burnout happen? Let’s dig into some of the ways we ...unintentionally set ourselves up for it:
We focus on intensity instead of consistency.
We stay comfortable instead of pursuing growth.
We get bogged down in drama instead of investing in people.
We stay busy in the weeds instead of building the vision.
We try harder instead of becoming more intentional or strategic.

The Problem with Intensity
So many of us approach life and work like a sprint instead of a marathon. We give 110% for short bursts, but we burn out because it’s not sustainable.
Here’s the truth: Consistency always beats intensity. Small, daily efforts lead to long-term success.

Growth is uncomfortable—it pushes you outside of what feels safe and familiar. But the alternative is staying stuck where you are.
Ask yourself:
Am I avoiding challenges because they feel hard?
What’s one step I can take today to lean into growth?
The Drama Drain
Getting caught in drama—whether it’s office politics, personal conflicts, or unnecessary distractions—is exhausting. Instead, focus your energy on building up yourself and others.
From Busy to Visionary
Busyness can feel productive, but it’s often just a distraction. The real question is: Are you working on what truly matters?
Here’s how to shift from busywork to big-picture thinking:
Identify your top priorities.
Delegate tasks that don’t align with your goals.
Schedule time for deep, focused work.
Becoming Intentional and Strategic
Instead of trying harder, ask yourself:
How can I work smarter?
What’s the most effective way to reach my goals?
When you’re intentional with your energy and time, you accomplish more with less effort.
Final Thoughts
Burnout doesn’t mean you’re failing—it’s an opportunity to realign your priorities and refocus on what truly matters.
Remember:
Consistency over intensity.
